Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with our work. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Project work

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Milestone payments are refundable pro rata for work not yet delivered.

Retainers

Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Unused hours in the current month are non-refundable.
